Brock Lesnar, Paul Heyman & Dean Ambrose Kick Off RAW
This week’s show opens up with Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman making their way to the ring inside the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama. Heyman gets on the mic and talks about how Lesnar will become WWE Champion again when all of a sudden, Dean Ambrose’s music hits.
Ambrose makes his way to the ring and faces off with “The Beast Incarnate.” He tells him he’s looking forward to “Suplex City” at Fastlane. “The Lunatic Fringe” heads to the back to wrap up the opening segment.
Kalisto vs. Rusev
Our first match of the evening features the WWE U.S. Champion against “The Bulgarian Brute,” with Alberto Del Rio on commentary. Rusev dominates the action by overpowering Kalisto throughout the majority of the first half of the match.
Kalisto ended up using fast-paced offense on the floor, knocking Rusev into the ringside steps and the barricade, en route to picking up the victory by count out.
Winner: Kalisto

Stephanie McMahon catches up with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose backstage and informs them that they will be competing in tonight’s RAW main event against The New Day.
The Usos vs. Curtis Axel & Adam Rose
We have tag-team action up next for our second match of the evening, as The Usos clash with the team of Curtis Axel and Adam Rose.
Jimmy Uso and Curtis Axel start things off for their respective teams. Eventually, after the heels get in a lot of offense, Jey Uso finally gets the hot tag and comes in cleaning house.
The finish saw Jimmy and Jey hit dueling super kicks to Adam Rose, followed by Jey Uso hitting a top-rope splash for the 1-2-3.
Winners: The Usos
Miz TV With AJ Styles
AJ Styles on Miz TV is up next. The Miz starts off praising Styles and telling him he wants to be his mentor. Eventually, Miz loses his cool and starts bragging about himself to point out his belief that he is a bigger star than AJ.
The Miz goes on to tell Styles that he will fail in WWE if he keeps listening to the fans. Finally, Miz completely loses it and calls Styles a “rookie redneck” who can’t cut it in WWE without his help.
“The Phenomenal” AJ Styles has finally heard enough. He attacks The Miz and beats him down until finally The Miz escapes up the ramp and heads to the back.
Brie Bella vs. Charlotte
Divas action is up next on RAW, as Brie Bella goes one-on-one with WWE Divas Champion Charlotte. Brie starts off well, getting in some offense, but ultimately the champ takes over control of the match.
After controlling the action for a bit, Charlotte goes for the Figure-8 for the win, however before she can even get the Figure-4 locked in, Brie quickly reverses, rolls her up and shockingly gets the 1-2-3 for the upset victory.
Winner: Brie Bella
Big Show vs. Erick Rowan
The Big Show and Erick Rowan are scheduled for singles action next here on RAW. Early on, the two big dudes brawl until finally Rowan manages to gain the offensive upper-hand.
Eventually, Show turns the tables on Rowan and hits him with his Chokeslam finisher for the pinfall victory. After the match, The Wyatt Family gangs up on Big Show and delivers a prolonged beatdown.
Winner: Big Show
Backstage: Triple H & Brock Lesnar
Backstage, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H crosses paaths with Brock Lesnar. “The Game” accuses “The Beast Incarnate” of “going soft” after allowing Dean Ambrose to talk to him the way he did in the opening segment earlier this evening. An unimpressed Lesnar tells HHH he’ll see him at WrestleMania.
Titus O’Neil vs. Tyler Breeze
Tyler Breeze goes one-on-one against Titus O’Neil next on RAW. Our fifth match of the evening is now underway.
O’Neil used his size and strength to dominate the semi-recent NXT call-up, who himself had some offensive control of the match at times as well.
In th end, one-half of The Prime Time Players — Titus O’Neil — escaped a Boston crab attempt from Breeze. He immediately followed up with a powerbomb of his own for the 1-2-3 and the win.
Winner: Titus O’Neil
Dolph Ziggler vs. Kevin Owens
Next up on this week’s RAW is a singles bout between Dolph Ziggler and Kevin Owens. In the early going, Ziggler knocks Owens to the outside of the ring with a big dropkick. He goes out after him, but Owens ends up taking over and leaving him laying.
When the action returns to the ring, Owens picks up where he left off, taking it to “The Show Off.” Eventually, Ziggler reverses a powerbomb attempt from Owens to hit the Zig-Zag out of nowhere for the 1-2-3.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
Sasha Banks vs. Becky Lynch
It’s time for our second Divas singles contest of the evening, as “The Boss” Sasha Banks and “The Lass Kicker” Becky Lynch are up next.
The story of this match saw Banks knock Lynch out of the ring, where Naomi and Tamina Snuka get involved, but ultimately turn on Banks. This leads to Banks and Lynch cleaning house of the two remaining “Team B.A.D.” members.
Winner via Disqualification: Sasha Banks
Chris Jericho Has His Eye On AJ Styles
Chris Jericho is featured in a promo segment where he talks about losing to AJ Styles on last week’s edition of WWE RAW, in what was Styles’ RAW debut and first televised singles match of his current WWE run.
Jericho admits that Styles is the real deal, and makes it clear that he will be watching closely when Styles goes one-on-one with The Miz on this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown.
Backstage: Goldust Tries Recruiting R-Truth Again
In a backstage segment, Goldust once again tries recruiting R-Truth to be his new tag-team partner, oddly enough while in the bathroom. Truth tells Goldust he doesn’t want to team with him because he’s weird, which prompts Goldust to take some shots at Truth’s last partner, “Little Jimmy.” Truth walks off, leaving Goldust perplexed.
Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose vs. The New Day
In our previously announced main event of the evening, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose team up to take on the WWE Tag-Team Champions, The New Day.
After some back-and-forth action, we see Reigns take Kingston to the outside with a clothesline. Big E. suplexes Reigns on the announce table outside the ring.
This leads to Big E. throwing Ambrose back into the ring, where he attempts his finisher, only for “The Lunatic Fringe” to turn the tables and nail him with his own “Dirty Deeds” finisher for the 1-2-3.
Winners: Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose
After The Match: The Beast Incarnate Strikes!
After the match, Brock Lesnar’s music hits. “The Beast Incarnate” emerges and makes his way down to the ring. This distracts Reigns and Ambrose, who make the mistake of turning their back on The New Day.
The New Day takes advantage and attacks Reigns and Ambrose from behind. Lesnar stops before making it to the ring and simply laughs while Reigns and Ambrose fight off The New Day. Reigns and Kofi Kingston powder out to the floor, giving Lesnar the opportunity to nail Ambrose with an F-5 and stand over him while his music plays and he laughs once again.
Lesnar and Heyman exit the ring and this week’s show goes off the air with Lesnar looking back at the ring.
