As noted, a couple of WWE Superstars have fallen with injuries recently, as Goldust and Fandango both underwent surgery recently.
As we reported recently, Goldust underwent a double-knee operation in Birmingham, Alabama, while Fandango is dealing with a torn labrum in his left shoulder.

Goldust undergoes knee surgery
Goldust has undergone surgery on both of his knees, WWE.com has learned.
The former Intercontinental Champion tweeted a photo from a waiting room in Birmingham, Ala., on Tuesday afternoon alongside Dr. Jeffrey Dugas, a renowned orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports injuries. The procedure was successful, and Goldust is expected to make a full recovery.
