TMZ Sports recently spoke with former WWE and ESPN personality Jonathan Coachman, and during the brief interview Coach was asked if he thinks the XFL will return in 2018, and Coachman says he thinks it will. Coach adds only Vince McMahon and his crew would be able to put something together in a matter of months, as that’s how it happened the first time around with The XFL.

Also during the interview, Jonathan Coachman weighed-in on the current Carolina Panthers owner selling the team, and Coach noted Vince – whose secret home base is North Carolina – has what it takes to plop down a serious bid for the team.

“He’s a billionaire, he could come up with the funds, and he’s also at the age where other owners would respect that,” Coach said.
