It seems as though AEW doesn’t just have former WWE wrestlers on its roster, but former WWE employees among its staff as well. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dr. Michael Sampson is working as the head physician for All Elite Wrestling. Sampson is a former longtime doctor for WWE.
If the name sounds familiar to you, he is also the doctor who worked for WWE at the time that Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler suffered a heart attack during a RAW taping in 2012. Lawler has long credited Sampson as being the man who saved his life that night.Click Here:
