In a follow-up to a previous post about WWE bringing back The Mixed Match Challenge for a second season, the company has provided further details via a press release (as seen below).
The main changes for the second season are as follows: there will be 14 episodes, each 30 minutes in length, a round-robin elimination format, two matches in each show and an interactive pre-show beginning at 9:50 PM ET. In addition, the season 2 finale will take place during WWE’s TLC PPV Event on Sunday, December 16th.
The teams are: Alexa Bliss & Braun Strowman, The Miz & Asuka, Lana & Rusev, Naomi & Jimmy Uso, Finn Balor & Bayley, Sasha Banks & Bobby Lashley, R-Truth & Carmella, Alicia Fox & Jinder Mahal, AJ Styles & Charlotte Flair and Kevin Owens & Natalya.
The series can be watched on Facebook Live but is only available in the following countries: United States, Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Indonesia, Mexico, Philippines, Spain, Thailand and Vietnam.
