At tonight’s WWE Super Show-Down Event in Melbourne, Australia, Buddy Murphy defeated Cedric Alexander to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. This is the first main roster title win for Buddy Murphy, who received a big pop from his home country. Cedric Alexander won the title back at WrestleMania 34 by winning the finals of The Cruiserweight Title Tournament over Mustafa Ali on The Kickoff Show.
