Updated at 9:30pm on 5/19: According to numerous readers, Cass did not suffer an injury at tonight’s WWE live event in Amsterdam, and he was merely selling the “injury” sustained at the hands of Daniel Bryan on Smackdown Live this week. Fans in attendance for this week’s overseas live events noted Cass has been doing the same angle at every event in which he is seen “limping” after the match.
Cass injury reportedly not real – has been working the ol' trick knee all week, apparently. https://t.co/NUG3bIS6NS

According to fans in attendance for the WWE Smackdown Live Event in Amsterdam, Big Cass possibly suffered a knee injury during his tag team match.
As seen in the videos below, Cass teamed up with The Miz to face the team of Daniel Bryan and Tye Dillinger, and at one point in the match Cass went to tag in, however, dropped to the outside of the ring instead and was seen favoring his left knee and leg, the same knee Cass injured back in 2017 which resulted in the big man undergoing ACL surgery.
Following the match, Cass was seen limping and required assistance as he exited to the back:

Looks like big cass really tweaked his knee. Did not look good and he was cursing the whole match. Hope he was playing to the crowd. Not sure. Looked serious. #wwe #amsterdam @thewadekeller
