In an attempt to increase the security at Railway stations, the Indian Railways is planning to introduce security gates like those at airports.
The proposal is to seal stations just like airports and passengers would have to arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled departure of trains to complete the process of security checks, PTI has reported.
