A 16-year-old girl was dragged and molested by a group of men in Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi district. The act was filmed and the video of the same has been circulating on social media since Monday. According to reports, one of the three accused has been arrested and two are still at large.
The incident is reported to have occurred on July 12.
Police said that the girl had gone to the field to give food to her mother who was working there. While coming back, she was offered a lift by a boy who was her friend.
