As noted, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, along with Shane McMahon, Teddy Hart and Jon Stewart were all in attendance for SummerSlam in New York City. According to PWInsider.com, members of John Cena’s family were also in attendance for the PPV, as was Enes Kanter of the New York Knicks.
The Bella Twins and Maryse were all part of the SummerSlam broadcast, and it was noted that Maryse and Miz’s baby was with Maryse at ringside.
WWE Raw Facing Competition Tonight
Tonight’s WWE SummerSlam fallout episode of WWE Raw will likely bring in a strong rating considering new Champions were crowned at the PPV and Brock Lesnar is being advertised, but it’s worth noting the show will be going up against the MTV Music Awards which is usually a big ratings draw.
