The 205 Live General Manager was wed to fellow wrestler Renee Michelle this Thursday night, and it looked like all was well with the happy couples nuptials – until the newly pronounced husband and wife made their way back down the aisle, and walked headfirst into a WWE referee.

It was at that point that R-Truth surprised the groom, rolled him up, and became the WWE 24/7 Champion for the unprecedented sixth time.

Interestingly enough, when they reshot the wedding for WWE they took Braun Strowman, who was legitimately one of the groomsmen for the happy occasion, completely out of the scene. EC3 was shown as the best man, but they had already worked that into storylines.
