CNC prototype machining-rapid CNC machining

When using CNC for prototyping, CNC machining methods can be used to program and analyze 3D data. Qualified samples can be made directly using materials such as ABS, PMMA and nylon. CNC prototypes can quickly produce samples with ideal surface quality, especially for large products. After surface spraying, screen printing, and electroplating, prototypes made using CNC prototypes are more attractive than prototypes made with molds. CNC prototypes will become the mainstream of rapid prototyping.

CNC prototype plastic material:
ABS (imported, domestic, black, flame retardant), polyoxymethylene (POM), PMMA (acrylic), PA (nylon), PC, PP and bakelite. Metal materials: aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, zinc alloy, copper, etc.

Advantages of CNC prototyping:
The advantages of CNC prototypes include high machining speed, low cost and high machining accuracy. A wide selection of materials ensures consistency in materials used for prototyping and mass production. Prototypes made with CNC are closer to real molds and have higher surface quality. After grinding, polishing, sandblasting, painting, screen printing, UV and electroplating, the prototypes and molds made using CNC are completely comparable or even better.
