Hart wrote on Twitter: “@CMPunk Much respect to you.” Punk replied, “Just following your lead.” Punk paid tribute to Bret Hart at SummerSlam by wearing pink and black tights during his WWE title defense.
– Chris Jericho spoke to WWE.com after defeating Dolph Ziggler at WWE SummerSlam and said doesn’t believe their rivalry is over. Jericho said he is looking forward to hearing what Ziggler had to say after their match – which didn’t take long.
Following his loss to Chris Jericho at SummerSlam, Dolph Ziggler posted a Tout video demanding a rematch.
“Congratulations Chris, you finally won the big one. I say it was a fluke, and I’m not asking, I’m DEMANDING a rematch.”
