A newborn child died in Haryana after being stuck in a traffic jam. This was not a normal traffic jam, but one caused by a cycle rally of the state’s Congress chief Ashok Tanwar. The ambulance was carrying the infant in Haryana’s Sonipat, and failed to find a way through to save the baby’s life.

According to a report by News 18, the parents of the deceased child have blamed Tanwar. However, the Congress leader’s take on this is completely opposite as he has blamed the “poor health facilities” in the state and that the issue was blown out of proportion “due to political reasons”.
