WE Network took a 10% hit in paid subscribers in Q4 2019, ending the year with approximately 1.42 million subs compared to the same quarter last year. Apart from being down from the same period of the previous year, it was also down from Q3 2019 which ended with 1.51 million subscribers in October.
In terms of revenue, the WWE Network pulled in $41.6 million in Q4 versus the $46.8 million it did in the same quarter of 2018. Year-over-year, 2019 saw a total revenue of $184.6 million versus the $199.3 million it did in 2018.
For the first quarter 2020, WWE projects average paid subscribers will increase on a sequential basis to approximately 1.47million.
For 2020, WWE also noted that they’re working on “strategic alternatives” for the service which will include different subscription tiers, including a free one, the current one, and a more advanced subscription for a higher cost.Click Here: sharks rugby jersey

Affinity for his new film Copper Bill:
“The later I get into my golden years in the wrestling business, I’ve been really diving into acting school and doing these independent movies and Copper Bill is phenomenal. I really do believe you are going to love it and if you don’t, let me hear about it because I need to know. I need to know what I can do to better myself as an actor because just like wrestling we all start somewhere and I’ve got a big leg up (I believe) from being behind the TV and the production and wrestling for 32 years and in script reading so I am no stranger to that and it is so much fun.”
Expectations for moving into acting:
“He named me the “natural” for a reason and I really do appreciate that moniker and I love it and I take it to heart so as much as I still have to learn, I can’t wait. I can’t wait. It is going to be such a fun ride for my wrestling fans to see me transfer over into the acting realm and learn my trade there because I think they are with me for the long haul and that’s good. If I can garner some new audience members and some new people that never watched wrestling before, it is kind of different (acting and wrestling) and the crowds are a little bit different and I just look forward to whatever man.”
Is a full day of shooting a scene easier on him physically?
“There was a scene you’ll see where I had to fall down and I wanted to do it and I was getting ready to do it and they were like no, no Dustin and they pulled in a couple of mattresses and they had two or three guys on both sides of the mattresses to make sure they could catch me as I’d fall on the mattress. I am used to falling on concrete and sh*t like that.”
Does he enjoy doing stunts:
“I do not have a problem doing stunts. There are some stunts that absolutely terrify me but of course falling and fight scenes and things like that and a couple of flips here and there. That is easy.”
Emotional MJF / Cody lashing segment:
“We were discussing it and discussing all the people that were going to be involved and it was a matter of Cody in that ring and us doing the little promos like Taz had one and I had one and getting these people invested in a ten lashes on television across my brothers back and they got invested. Cody sold it so well and his acting was so good and the way he was taking them and Arn comes out, his big brother comes out and we are all rallying behind him and I wanted to take the lashes for him. I think the only thing that might have been a little bit better is if MJF told me to give him the last five lashes, but this was after I was thinking of all these different scenarios. The people were invested in it much like they were invested in our Double or Nothing match of the year moment. They were invested and they were standing, and you get some audience shots of them saying “Oh my God” and people are just really upset about it. It is uncomfortable. Whippings are always uncomfortable.”
“It was really cool being out there and looking in my brother’s eyes and us bringing the people along for this ride with us and Cody did a tremendous job. He is doing so good with everything he touches right now. He really has come into his own. He’s got his own pair of boots and he’s taking the world by storm and I’m very proud of him, I’m glad to be here, it’s an honor, it’s still fun, I’m still passionate, I help out the kids and I have training sessions with the ladies every single Wednesday before everybody gets there and I teach these kids how to do promos and teach promo classes. I am right there when they need something and when they have a hard time with a promo and I’ll give them some advice on how to say this or how to say that and you can see it in them because they want to learn so much and are so passionate about it and they take what I say and they make it their own and you start to see the character come out of them. You can see it on their face that they are excited and they get to say something that was good and instead of the first take that was maybe not so good and that is the best feeling in the world for me is that I can help these kids get to that next level and that is what I love doing.”
AEW stars learning how to present on TV:
“A lot of them do not know and I think they are handling it pretty good. There are still some things every single week that I see that I go up to them and I tell them.”
“A lot of times, not all of them but every once in a while, somebody will turn around and face the audience and I’m like okay stop. The next time you do that, don’t do that and turn around because I need you to find your cameras on this side of the arena over here. The million people at home want to see you not 4,5 or 6,000 in the arena, I want the people at home and your camera is here and your camera is here. That’s a transition for them to learn because they are coming from the indies and they never had that. Guys like Chris Jericho, myself, Moxley, Cody are teaching that, and it is very important for them to learn. We’ve got three months in now and they are doing good and they are starting to be cognisant of where those cameras are and lifting their heads up because they know the camera is right there to make them look good and the people at home get to see them. If you are looking the other way, they just see your ass and they want to see you.”

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has announced that the company will be holding an open tryout session for an upcoming return to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia later this summer. This will consist of a four-day tryout to take place over June for up to 50 athletes from Saudi Arabia. Triple H commented on the announcement, which you can see below. 
WWE to hold largest talent tryout in Saudi Arabia 
WWE today announced that it will return to Saudi Arabia in search of the next generation of Superstars by holding an open talent tryout in Riyadh. The four-day tryout in early June will give up to 50 athletes from Saudi Arabia the opportunity to showcase their abilities with the goal of earning a WWE Talent Development contract and training fulltime. 
“We are excited to return to Saudi Arabia following the success of our first tryout in 2018 where we recruited a variety of elite athletes from the Middle East, including standout talent Mansoor, who has already played a meaningful role in various WWE events in Saudi Arabia,” said Paul “Triple H” Levesque, World Wrestling Entertainment Executive Vice President, Talent, Live Events & Creative. “I have a message for every athlete and performer in Saudi Arabia who has a dream of becoming a WWE Superstar: WWE is coming to Riyadh to help you make that happen. This is your chance to take an opportunity and one day you could be walking down the ramp as a WWE Superstar while thousands of fans chant your name.” 
Beginning today, the official WWE recruitment website at www.wweperformancecenter.com is available in Arabic. Tailored to athletes who are interested in pursuing a career in sports-entertainment, the website features information about the WWE recruitment process and provides a detailed look at what day-to-day life is like for members of the Performance Center roster. 
The online hub includes step-by-step instructions on how to apply for the tryout, as well as access to the official application form; an overview of the many resources available to WWE Performance Center recruits, from professional development and life-skills services, to in-ring training and on-site medical care; photos of the entire Performance Center roster; biographies of the WWE PC’s industry-leading coaching staff; testimonials from Raw and SmackDown Superstars; and videos from past tryouts, both those held at the Performance Center and internationally. 
The first WWE talent tryout in Jeddah in April 2018 resulted in three participants signing Developmental Contracts. Today, Mansoor, Faisal Kurdi and Hussain Al Dagal are training fulltime at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, U.S. Mansoor won the first-ever 50-Man Battle Royal at WWE Super ShowDown in Jeddah last June. 
The tryout in Riyadh is the latest example of WWE’s global talent recruiting efforts. In recent years, WWE has scouted rugby and soccer players from Europe, kabaddi and kushti athletes from India, and martial artists and boxers from China. WWE has held similar tryouts in London, Dubai, Tokyo, Jeddah, Cologne, Santiago and Mumbai. 
Additionally, the promotion will be returning to Saudi Arabia this month for Super ShowDown 2020. The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 27 at the Mohammed Abdu Arena. It will be broadcast live on the Network at 12:00 pm EST. Here’s the lineup:

Liv Morgan recently spoke with Chuck Carroll of CBS Sports to promote Sunday’s WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. Morgan is set to compete in the RAW Women’s Chamber match with Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan, Shayna Baszler, Natalya and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Asuka. The winner will challenge RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36.
Liv was asked about preparing for a unique match like the Elimination Chamber.
“I don’t think you do,” she answered. “I don’t think you do. How do you prepare? Do you throw yourself at fences? Steel link fences? There is no vibration. It’s just, go in there with the mindset that you know you’re going to get hurt, so how much are you willing to withstand to be the last one standing? To go onto WrestleMania to have the opportunity to compete with Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship. So I think it’s just the preparation of, ‘How much am I willing to go through?” And for me personally, I’d go through it all.’”
Morgan was also asked about her current character refresh, and if this was a concept she came up with, or a collaboration. The former Riott Squad member said it was time for her character to evolve.
“I just think it was time for the character to evolve,” she said. “As much as I loved having pink hair and a blue tongue, you need to grow up at some point. So I think it was just time for Liv to grow up. So I had a nine-month hiatus of self-discovery and hair dye. I’m just trying to find my footing and my place as a woman in the world and in this business. And it’s different for me, and you guys are seeing the growth live on TV. What it is now may not be how it is in a couple months. But I’m just trying to grow, and I’m not fully there yet.”
Morgan recently returned to WWE TV for an angle with Lana, which didn’t last too long. She was asked about her reaction when she first learned that the Lana angle was how she would be reintroduced on WWE TV.
“I was like, ‘It’s crazy enough, I’ll do it.’ I was excited. I was excited, there’s nothing like that that’s ever been done,” Liv said. “In the company before, Lana and Lashley, they were taking up a very large portion of the screen time on Raw. So, for me, being off of TV for nine months to, now you’re in the main-event picture, in the main-event spotlight, I was like, ‘Okay, cool. I’m ready for it. Sheamus was recently interviewed by Sportskeeda. During the interview, he spoke about his time in the ‘League of Nations’ faction & Why Was it Formed
Here is what Sheamus said:
“Oh, man. We had the craic, we made the most of it, the League of Nations, but ultimately the whole purpose of that group was to get Roman off and running. It was to create a vulnerability for Roman, an obstacle to overcome. I’d love to sit here and say you had four awesome, individual guys who were supposed to take over WWE as a faction but it was never that way. We lost our first match against Roman in a four-on-one handicap match.
“That was the start of something and we knew right away, from there, that we weren’t built to do this thing, we were just built for Roman.”
Sheamus continued:
“That’s what the chairman wanted to do, that was his vision. ‘We need to get Roman going, we need to create some obstacles for him.’ He put the four of us together and, when he beat me for that WWE Title, it was kind of a one-on-one situation – but he was over.

During an Instagram interview with Ariel Helwani, Becky Lynch stated that she believes her match will be on night one of WrestleMania 36. Lynch is slated to defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Shayna Baszler.

On any health concerns during the pandemic: “I didn’t have any concerns for myself. We really limited the amount of people that were there. The only thing I’m very conscientious of is now that we’re back and when we come back, we isolate ourselves for a couple of weeks and make sure we don’t have any symptoms before we go into the world again.”
On precautions at the Performance Center: “They’re staggering everything. If you don’t have a reason to be there, then get the hell out of there. If you have a match or segment then you’re there with a minimal amount of crew.
