Allie Issues First Comment Since Winning Knockouts Title, Major Gimmick Match Announced For Next Week’s IMPACT

As previously reported, “Reborn” Matt Sydal defeated Taiji Ishimori at this Thursday’s IMPACT Crossroads special, becoming both the X-Division Champion and the IMPACT Grand Champion.

In addition to Sydal becoming a double champion, Allie defeated long-time rival Laurel Van Ness to become the new Knockouts Champion, winning gold for the second time. Allie dedicated the match to her personal hero Gail Kim, who was backstage to celebrate with the new champ as she walked through the curtain. Check out footage of the IMPACT Crossroads match above.

When I walked through the curtain after this match, not only was @gailkimITSME there to congratulate me but so was the entire Knockouts locker room.

This is what makes our division so special. I love all of you. ❤#InternationalWomensDay

“Feast or Fired” Returns

The infamous “Feast or Fired” gimmick returns to IMPACT Wrestling next week. For those who have never seen “Feast or Fired” previously, four briefcases will be hung from poles attached to each corner of the ring. Inside three of the briefcases are contracts giving the winner a future opportunity at either the IMPACT World Championship, the X-Division Championship or the IMPACT Tag Team Championships. The unlucky fourth briefcase will contain a pink slip, effectively firing whoever “wins” it.

Without giving anything away, we can confirm that EC3, Tyrus, Eli Drake, Moose, Petey Williams, Trevor Lee, Taiji Ishimori, KM, Caleb Konley and Rohit Raju will all take place in the bout. You can also check out this link for complete *SPOILERS* revealing the briefcase winners.
