Smackdown Rating: Superstar Shake-up edition viewership, key metrics compared to last two years, 2018 averages

Last night’s WWE Smackdown on USA Network drew a 1.99 rating, down from last week’s post-WrestleMania episode which drew a 2.10, but above the 1.94 average for April so far. It’s also above the yearly average so far of 1.81 and then ten week rolling average headed into this week of 1.81.

Viewership was 2.796 million.

This week’s rating is above the 1.72 rating one year ago, but well below the year-ago comparison to the Superstar Shake-up (which came a weekly earlier) which was a 2.14. Last year’s Shake-up Smackdown beat the post-WrestleMania rating of 2.02.

Smackdown has averaged 1.81 this year so far, just a notch below the 1.83 average one year ago through this week, and above the 1.70 average through this week two years ago.
