A special police officer (SPO) who was part of the team formed to trace an eight-year-old girl who had gone missing in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua has been arrested for her rape and murder.
The nomadic girl had gone missing from Kathua district last month and her body was recovered from the Rassana forest on January 17, a week after.
